Red Pocket Mobile's Domestic Data plan that only includes cellular data. This plan doesn't not include any messages or minutes. That cellular data is 4G LTE and it can be used for mobile hotspot, as long as you have a device capable of being a personal hotspot.
Red Pocket Mobile doesn't charge an activation fee when you sign up for this no-contract plan. You also won't be charged overages, but you will lose access to cellular data as soon as you use your monthly allotment.

Red Pocket Mobile is an American-owned mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that provides service to customers across the United States. Many MVNOs only lease coverage from one or two of the major wireless carriers, but Red Pocket leases coverage from all four!

Red Pocket has a handful of smartphones available for purchase, or you can bring your own phone, so long as it’s compatible with Red Pocket’s network. All you’ll need is a new SIM card, which Red Pocket can send to you.
If you’re interested in switching to Red Pocket, there are starter kits you can purchase at a handful of retail locations. However, I’d advise you against going the retail route if you’re looking to switch to Red Pocket. You can’t be certain your phone will be compatible with their network.
