The Straight Talk Unlimited International plan is one of the plans for people who regularly make calls internationally. On this plan, you can make unlimited calls to mobile devices in Canada, China, India, and Mexico.
In addition to unlimited calling to those four countries, you'll receive 400 minutes that can be used for making calls to Claro Guatemala, and you can make calls to fifteen unique destination numbers in each month of your service. If you need even more more calls internationally, you can purchase an additional top-up card.
Straight Talk's Unlimited International plan includes unlimited minutes, unlimited messages, and 10 GB of high-speed data.
The cellular data on this plan is 4G LTE, but speeds are slowed to 2G once you've used your monthly data allotment.
This no-contract plan gives you 30 days of service.
You won't be charged overages on Straight Talk cell phone plans.
The Unlimited International plan includes unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling to Canada, Mexico, India, and China. You'll also get 400 minutes for calling to Claro Guatemala.
Straight Talk Wireless is a MVNO that provides service to subscribers using both GSM and CDMA technology. GSM support is provided using T-Mobile’s and AT&T’s cellular network, while CDMA support is provided using Verizon’s and Sprint’s cellular network. Essentially, you’ll have reliable cell phone service no matter where you go!
Straight Talk Wireless is partnered with TracFone and Walmart, meaning that you can typically get signed up for a cell phone plan at your local store. However, that probably isn’t your best option if you want to get a new plan and phone through Straight Talk Wireless.
However, if you go to the store, you may not find the phone you’re looking for. Take it from me — before I switched to Verizon, I bought my cell phones at big box stores.
