- On your Home screen, press and hold the email app's icon.
- Continue holding the icon until it starts to shake.
- Tap the small X that appears in the top left corner of the app.
- When prompted, tap Delete.
- Wait a few minutes.
- Open the App Store.
- Search your desired Email app.
- Reinstall your email app and sign back in.
